Congratulations

Congratulations regarding the California Historical Landmark designation came from many people including the Point Reyes National Seashore superintendent who encouraged the CHL, Cicely Muldoon. Perhaps most notably, congratulations came from HRH The Prince of Wales, currently King Charles III, whose great-uncle, Lord Mountbatten, was an Honorary Member of the DNG. His correspondence to that effect is held in the DNG archives. Below is the certificate from California State Senator Brian Dahle which he sent to the DNG.
