The Drake Navigators Guild supports research and education about
Francis Drake's landing on the California coast in 1579.

The Drake Navigators Guild is the premier society dedicated to research and education relating to Sir Francis Drake’s 1579 North American landing, a region which he named Nova Albion, New Albion.

2024 Hikes To Drake’s Cove

June 15, July 27, August 17, and Sept. 14

Each hike will commence at 10:30 with a brief history-orientation at the Ken Patrick Visitors Center which is at Drakes Beach.  We’ll be in the inner courtyard of the visitor center near the restrooms. There is no need to register—just show up.
