The Drake Navigators Guild supports research and education about
Francis Drake's landing on the California coast in 1579.

The Drake Navigators Guild is the premier society dedicated to research and education relating to Sir Francis Drake’s 1579 North American landing, a region which he named Nova Albion, New Albion.

2026 Event Schedule

The 2026 hikes all meet the Ken Patrick Visitor Center at Drakes Beach at 10:00. They are on June 6, July 18, August 22, and September 6 of this year.

The Guild will also have a booth at Western Weekend at Point Reyes Station on July 18 and at Finding History Day on November 7 in Santa Rosa.
